1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 10 years or above to participate in our classes.

1.2 By confirming on joining the classes, you must attend and complete the sessions within the duration period.

1.3 Studio time and Recording requires prior booking and advance payment.

2. Services Provided

2.1 We offer online music classes, including individual lessons, group sessions, and workshops.

2.3 Studio time, Mixing & Mastering, Recording and Sound Design

3. Payment

3.1 Payment: All payments must be made in full before accessing the classes. We accept payments through UPI/credit/debit cards.

3.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are not allowed for the services provided.

3.3 Missed Classes: Missed classes will not be refunded but will be marked as Absent.

4. User Conduct

4.1 You agree to:

• Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Respect the privacy and intellectual property of others.

• Participate in a respectful and professional manner during classes.

4.2 You must not:

• Share your class materials with others.

• Record, copy, or redistribute class content without prior permission.

• Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour during classes.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All class materials, content, and recordings are the property of JB Music School.

5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

6. Privacy

6.1 We are committed to protecting your personal information.

6.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Class Recordings

7.1 Classes may be recorded for quality assurance, training, or promotional purposes.

7.2 By participating, you consent to being recorded unless you notify us in advance.

7.3 Recordings will not be shared publicly without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not responsible for technical issues or interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Cancellations and Termination

9.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes and studio time due to unforeseen circumstances.

9.2 We may terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.
